Buratta, Lavender, Olive Oil

You'll need

  • 1 buratta
  • 1 sourdough ficelle
  • cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil.
  • A handful of lavender

Here's how

  1. This is more of a plating instruction than a recipe.
  2. Remove buratta from water, being careful not to break the ball. Place it on your serving plate and sprinkle lavender over cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and serve with a torn up, sourdough ficelle.
