Chocolate, Hazelnut, Yoghurt and Olive Oil Cake

You'll need

  • 300g flour
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 200g hazulnuts
  • 150g brown sugar
  • 1 tbls cinnamon
  • 1 tsp bi carb soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 heaped tbls sheeps milk yoghurt
  • 2/3 cup of olive oil

Here's how

  1. Combine all dry ingredients.
  2. Combine all wet ingredients.
  3. Fold wet ingredients into dry stuff.
  4. Line a 20cm cake tin and bake in a 200 degree oven.
  5. Stick it with a skewer, if the skewer comes out dry its ready, if it comes out with wet mixture it ain't.
