Craving a good old-fashioned dessert, but living a wholefoods life? Oh wow, me too!
Luckily for us, recently I was full-out wanting some rhubarb crumble, but my mum's version is loaded with brown sugar, refined flour and general not-so-nourishing ingredients. I decided to make a nourished-up version, but wanted it to taste the same! I'll be honest... it was super easy and didn't actually require much creativity! Just swap the unhealthful stuff for more nutrient-dense options and that's it. Tastes AMAZING and totally crushes any cravings for sugar that are hanging around, but won't make you feel like a wholefoods Einstein, damn. Happy Eating!
